Nintendo Wii comes home

Last week out of spontaneity, I decide to purchase a video game console after eons since my last one. What did I use to own? Oh… just a simple Sony PlayStation (ONE). Anyway this time round, the contenders were an X-BOX 360, PlayStation 3 or a Nintendo Wii.

As you would have guess, I got a Nintendo Wii and I’ll have to say, I’m mighty happy with the purchase. Not only is it appealing to myself but to the rest of my family and friends as well. I first got a taste of the Wii about 3 weeks back at a friend’s house (Ed). Anyway it was good timing that he bought one because it really helped me decide on which unit to buy. The prices were about the same, all above RM1000 but I decided on the Wii due to the added interactivity and ability to purchase games easily.

My purchase included 1 (US version) Nintendo Wii, 2 Wiimote Controllers, 2 Nunchucks, 1 extra 100-240v adapter plus 1 Original Game (Call of Duty which I have yet to try). 

Perhaps I’m not a hardcore gamer as most X-Box players would claim but I really have to say the Wii rocks and its freakin’ cute! I’ll try to give my comments on games and etc as I get to try them. This would really make an interesting topic.
