The web cam should be enabled by default. Not sure what you are using the web cam for, but if you’re trying to use it from a specific program then that program should have a section where you can select the camera to use. For example, if you are using the video on skype / yahoo or MSN chat, you should be able to select the camera (driver) from those programs to enable the web cam. Check to see that the video is using the right device and the cam should work automatically. Good luck!

I think its an inherent Astro Max problem which is why they have discontinued it. Anyway I myself am having a POOR SIGNAL error for channel 551. All other channels are ok. Best thing is to just call them up and request they send a technician over. Its free and shouldn’t charge unless your unit needs major replacement?! Good Luck.
